Software Features
Document Manager: The Transaction Document Management function allows you to combine photos,
maps, spreadsheets, flyers, and a variety of other file types with your forms and contracts in a single
transaction folder!
Global Edit: New to TrueForms 4.5 is the Global Editor. The Global editor is a set of over 150 common fields that automatically get populated into all forms in the Transaction. Data that is changed in the global editor it is automatically changed in all forms in the transaction. This allows for quick edits of information.
Templates: A set of forms having preset data entered, use as a starting point for your transactions to avoid repetitive
data entry and ensure the latest version of forms are being used.
Forms Packages: Create sets of forms in advance and save them in a Package for quick access to blank forms.
Print Blank Forms: Any form you select from the forms library can be printed as a blank form even if it
has already been filled out.
Save As: Use the Save As feature to save another version of an existing transaction or to
use existing transaction information to create a new transaction.
Archive: Backup your TrueForms Transactions and configuration settings.
Favorites Menu: You can generate a “favorites” list of words to use when repeatedly entering the same
information into fields.
Internet Updates: Automatic updates for TrueForms forms over the Internet.
Strikeout: You can strike out the inapplicable text in a form.
Clause Library: Use company pre-approved clauses in forms.
Auto-Calculation Fields: Used to calculate totals and subtotals.
Calculator: A full function real estate calculator with amortization table.
