Software Features
Document Manager: The Transaction Document Management function allows you to combine photos,
maps, spreadsheets, flyers, and a variety of other file types with your forms and contracts in a single
transaction folder!
Global Editor: Save time and effort by entering information into certain form fields only once allowing
Global edit to share the data with other forms in the same transaction.
Email: Email a form or an entire transaction as .pdf file(s).
MLS Integrations
Available for MLXChange and Rapattoni.
Field Favorites: You can generate a favorites list of words to use when repeatedly entering the same
information into fields.
Forms Packages: Create sets of forms in advance and save them in a Package Library.
Internet Updates: Update TrueForms forms over the Internet.
Print Blank Forms: Any form you select from the forms library can be printed as a blank form even if it
has already been filled out.
Save Transaction As: Use the Save As feature to save another version of an existing transaction or to
use existing transaction information to create a new transaction.
Spell Checking
Sticky Notes: Place notes to review in any part of a form. The notes do not print with the form.
Bookmarks: Place bookmarks on form lines that you would like to review or go back to later. You can
then re-open the form and go directly to the bookmark(s).
Strikeout: You can strike out the inapplicable text in a form.
Transaction Security: Password Protection allows you to set a password that must be entered before a
transaction can be opened. Read Only protection allows you to create a level of security that allows a
user to open and read a transaction but not to modify it.
Clause Library: Use company pre-approved clauses in forms.
Auto-Calculation Fields: Used to calculate totals and subtotals.
Calculator: A full function real estate calculator with amortization table.

- A 56k or better internet connection to take advantage of emailing and auto updates.

End of support for Windows 98, Windows Me and Windows 2000
July 11, 2009 will bring a close to Extended Support for Windows 98,
Windows 98 Second Edition, and Windows Me as part of the Microsoft
Lifecycle Policy. Microsoft will retire public and technical support,
including security updates, by this date. Reveal Systems will also have to
start removing support and form updates for 98 and ME. TrueForms and Formulator
will not be supported on Windows 98 and ME.
Apple and MAC users
Reveal Systems forms software has been designed for the Windows Operating System. Reveal Systems forms software run on a
MAC computer under virtual PC or in side-by-side setups. Support will not be provided for
users who are running the MAC OS.
